TOZER John Thank you w/c 3rd September 2018. I would like to thank the young lady that is a carer who picked me up, also the gentleman that assisted her and called the ambulance following my fall. Also I would like to thank the paramedics and staff at Treliske Hospital and Falmouth Hospital's for their wonderful care and treatment, the people from Steps and all the District Nurses. Also a big thank you to my neighbors Jill & Neil Morris for caring for me and Colin & Claire Davis for their assistance in helping me during my recovery. Thank you all again, John Tozer.
